Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with all original brand tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
